Returns

How do I make a return?

Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary labels.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

Send the package using a trackable shipping method. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping confirmation emails are automatically generated once the shipping label has been created. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update and reflect the pick-up and show updates on the courier’s end. If you have any questions about tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that due to high demand and pre-orders, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are working hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but there may be some delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. As a result, it may not be possible to make changes. However, if you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
