On July 19th, something special happened. We gathered at the serene @pwr__full studio for GNTL x GLOW a morning designed to connect, move, and glow together. In collaboration with @BodyGlow, we hosted an intimate and free Pilates Morning, bringing together sisters who value body, mind, and soul.

This wasn’t just another workout, it was an experience.

A Morning to Remember

From the moment our sisters arrived at 9 AM, the energy was warm, grounded, and joyful. We began with a soulful mat pilates class led by our founder Gentle.

In between classes, the community enjoyed refreshing cocunot juice, explored an exclusive GNTL shopping moment, and of course created plenty of content to capture the good vibes. 

We also hosted an exciting giveaway in collaboration with BodyGlow, where two lucky ladies one from each group won a Glow Facial treatment.

The day was made even more special by the beautiful setting of PWRFULL, the stunning new gym that had just opened its doors at the beginning of July, providing the perfect backdrop for our GNTL experience. After this, the second Pilates session followed for the next group, rounding off a day full of movement, connection, and glow.

Glow From the Inside Out

This event wasn’t only about movement, it was about feeling beautiful inside and out. From the earthy-toned setup with soft touches of pink to the carefully curated moments of connection, everything was crafted with the GNTL Sisterhood in mind.
